We will be upgrading the operating system on the web/email server to the latest versions for increased security, performance & supportability.
The server (your website & email) will be unavailable for most of this time while we perform the upgrade. While your site is unavailable a standard message will appear informing visitors that the site is unavailable and the time it will be back online.
After this time your web & email services should return back to normal operation. Please contact us on helpdesk@web-ideas.com.au or (03) 8873-0088 if you have any problems after that.
